1. General

1.1 Users shall read this agreement carefully and agree to abide by this agreement before becoming registered users before registering. Once completing the registration, an agreement relationship between the user and the platform is automatically formed, and the user shall be bound by this agreement. When using a special service or product, the user should agree to accept the relevant agreement before using it.

1.2 This agreement can be updated by the platform at any time, and the user should pay attention to it in time and agree that the platform is not obliged to notify. The platform's notices, announcements, statements or other related content are part of this agreement.

2. Service content

2.1 The specific content is provided by the platform according to the actual situation.

2.2 The platform only provides related network services. The equipment related to network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and the required charges (such as the telephone charges and Internet charges paid for the Internet access, and the mobile phone charges paid for the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.

3. User account

3.1 The user who has completed the registration process through the platform registration system and passed identity authentication will become an official user, and can obtain all the rights that the platform specifies that the user should enjoy; without authentication, they could only enjoy part of the membership rights specified by the platform. The platform reserves the right to make changes to members' privilege.

3.2 The user can only register with their real names and ID numbers according to the registration requirements. The user is obliged to ensure the password and account security. Any loss or damage caused by all activities performed by the user using the password and account shall be fully borne by the user, and the platform shall not bear any responsibility. If the user finds that the account has been used without authorization or any other security problem occurs, the user should immediately change the account password and keep it properly, and if necessary, please notify the platform. The platform assumes no responsibility for the illegal use of accounts due to hacking or user's negligence.

4. Usage rules

4.1 Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China for Safety Protection of Computer Information Systems, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, and the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Copyright Disputes over Computer Network (Interpretation [2004] No. 1), Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Preserving Computer Network Security, Management Provisions on Electronic Bulletin Services in Internet, Provisions for the Administration of Internet News Information Services, Administrative Protection Measures for Internet Copyright and the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Network and other laws, regulations and implementation measures related to computer Internet regulations and intellectual property rights.

4.1 Comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China for Safety Protection of Computer Information Systems, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, and the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases Involving Copyright Disputes over Computer Network (Interpretation [2004] No. 1), Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Preserving Computer Network Security, Management Provisions on Electronic Bulletin Services in Internet, Provisions for the Administration of Internet News Information Services, Administrative Protection Measures for Internet Copyright and the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Network and other laws, regulations and implementation measures related to computer Internet regulations and intellectual property rights.

(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering the state security, leaking the state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining state unity;

(3) Damaging the national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Undermining the state religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or instigating crimes;

(8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, or gatherings to disrupt social order;

(10) Organizing activities in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;

(11) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

4.3 The user promises to have the complete intellectual property right of all the information published or uploaded on the platform (that is, works specified in the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to text, pictures, music, movies, performances, audio and video products and computer programs, etc.), or have been legally authorized by the relevant right holders; if the user violates this article and causes the platform to be claimed by a third party, the user shall fully compensate the platform for all expenses (including but not limited to various compensation fees, litigation agency fees and other reasonable expenses incurred therefor);

4.4 When a third party believes that the information published or uploaded by the user on the platform infringes its rights, and sends a notice of rights to the platform in accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Communicate Works to the Public over Information Networks or relevant laws, the user agrees that the platform can delete the suspected infringing information at its own discretion. Unless the user submits written evidence to exclude the possibility of infringement, the platform will not automatically recover the deleted information;

(1) The network service system shall not be used for any illegal purpose;

(2) Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;

(3) The platform shall not be used to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;

(4) The platform shall not be used to conduct any behavior that is not conducive to the platform.

4.5 If the user violates any of the above provisions when using the network service, the platform has the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to deleting the content posted by the user, suspending or terminating the user's right to use the network service) to reduce the impact caused by the user's improper behavior.

5. Privacy protection

5.1 The platform shall not disclose or provide third parties with the registration information of an individual user and the non-public content stored on the platform when the user use network services, except in the following cases:

(1) Obtaining the authorization from the user in advance;

(2) According to relevant laws and regulations;

(3) In accordance with the requirements of the relevant government authorities;

(4) Protecting the interests of the public.

5.2 The platform may cooperate with a third party to provide relevant network services to users. In this case, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility as the platform to protect user privacy, the platform has the right to provide the user's registration information to the third party.

5.3 On the premise of not disclosing the private information of an individual user, the platform has the right to analyze the entire user database and make commercial use of the user database.

6. Copyright notice

6.1 The copyright of the text, pictures, audio and video of the platform is owned by the Guangzhou Court Of International Arbitration and may not be reproduced without the permission of the platform.

7. Responsibility statement

7.1 The user expressly agrees that the risks and all consequences of using the platform's network services will be entirely borne by the user, and the platform assumes no responsibility for this.

7.6 The platform has the right to modify or terminate the service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently at any time, regardless of its notification or not, and the platform assumes no responsibility to users and any third party.

8. Supplementary provisions

8.1 The formulation, execution, interpretation and the settlement of disputes of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

8.2 If any provision of this agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain valid and binding.

8.3 The ownership and operation rights of the platform belong to the Guangzhou Court Of International Arbitration. Guangzhou Court Of International Arbitration reserves the right to interpret and amend this agreement.
